BASKETBALL

Basketball has been my number one passion for a very long time. I love playing the game and believe I am a great player because I present skills and leadership to whatever team I am on. I loved basketball from a young age and saw many of my family members play such as my uncle and cousins. When I finally started playing competitive basketball I stood out winning the MVP award for my league at 7 years old. Since then, I have pursued basketball seriously and strive to make a future out of my talent and practice. Now I am a Coach's Award winner and 2 year captain for the Indian Mountain Falcons basketball team.
SAXOPHONIST

The saxophone is a great and creative instrument that I deeply enjoy playing. I started to play in the 4th grade and kept playing ever since. I participated in NYSSMA( New York State School Music Association) in the 5th and 6th grade. I've participated in 3 memorial day performances and practice a lot. Ive practiced so much that I learned to write down and play notes by ear. One of my favorite saxophonists is Dave Brubeck. The song Take 5 is a song I wish to master one day.
ART

Art, to me, is letting your emotions and inner thoughts out while using creativity. I first started to pursue art at the age of 5 and took it very seriously at the age of 11. I started to attend comic conventions with my dad for the last 4 years and enjoy it a lot. My favorite form of art is drawing but I can do other types of art such as 3D art, mix media, sculpturing, woodworking, painting, and abstract art.
SCOUTING

I believe that scouting is a great passion that everybody should take part in because it sets young people up for life with survival skills that anyone should know. I love this passion because it gives me different ways to see situations and act wisely due to my learned knowledge through my time in the BSA. Much of my community service hours are served with the boy scouts and most trips I take. This is a picture of my friends and I while we were at Bear Mountain where we hiked up to the top of the mountain with the rest of my troop.
